Case Study :- Ferrero India Plant Cleaning Solution at Baramati(Maharashtra):-

When we visited their Facility at Baramati, their qualitydept , were having lots of problems for High-Rise cleaning.

They told us that due to usage of Various ingredients such as sugar, cocoa powder and other food ingredients required in the process of manufacturing Choclates on a large scale, lots of residue of the food ingredients went up and got accumulated on the overhead trusses, perlings , pipes making the ceiling unclean and Un-Hygenic as per Food Safety Norms .

The ceiling was about 16 meters height which presented lot of problems for the management to access and clean it and also the Side walls the Plant were full of residue of food products. The Management didnt have the solution for this problem and they were having problems during Food Safety Audits.

They were getting it cleaned by another contractor who used to do the cleaning by shutting the plant during holiday, but the desired result was not achieved.

We, provided them the solution for cleaning by using customized high rise access system and we did vac cumming followed by wet mopping of the entire plant.

Also due to our expertise workmen, who are trained to work Safely at heights in industries their problem was solved and continuous cleaning of plant is going on without Plant Shutdown or Production Loss. As a result, their Management Team is satisfied with our work and they are not having any problem during Audits.
